Additional resources for earning interest in gold

  1. A year ago a 4’x8’x7/16″ thick sheet of OSB wafer board at my local Lowes was about $9. Now it is $36. A year ago an 8 foot 2×4 was less than $2, now $7. A single treated 2x12x12′ board is $50. There doesn’t seem to be a shortage. Copper wire is up about 75%. I guess these are not in the CPI. I hope these prices are temporary (and not headed higher).

  2. When I was not more than a tike (actually 16), the federal deficit hit $60 billion. I went to my dad and asked him what in the world are they thinking. I reasoned that they were going to bankrupt the country. My dad told me that it was all a confidence game. Things could go on for a long time until the confidence was lost.
Some day the confidence will be lost and the currency will collapse. That will cause not just big inflation, but rather hyperinflation. That’s another cause of inflation but I guess that could be categorized under social.

  3. CRYPTO IS THE HYPERINFLATION in the digital sphere.
Total crypto market cap. is currently around $2.5 trillion.
US money supply M0 (cash) is currently around $5.8 trillion.
What happens when the crypto world decides to cash in their chips?
