Client Relations Associate Description
Monetary Metals (MM) is a disruptive, high growth precious metals platform which pays yield in precious metals to savers, finances qualified businesses, and provides a liquid marketplace for gold and silver leases and bonds. MM is looking to hire a Client Relations Associate to provide operational support to Relationship Mangers and assist clients in opening, funding, and maintaining accounts. This is a United States based fully remote position which reports to the Client Relations Manager.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Mission, Vision, and Values of Monetary Metals.
Responsibilities
Prospective Client Support
- Support MM Relationship Managers and prospective clients with account setup activities including:
- Application processing
- Account funding
- Portal login
- Update tracking logs and systems
Existing Client Support
- Support MM Account Managers and existing clients with account maintenance activities:
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Product/pool conversions
- Troubleshoot client portal issues
- Field general questions
- Manage MM systems including:
- CRM (Salesforce)
- Inventory/Accounting
- Other related 3rd party vendor systems
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree.
- 5+ years total experience in one or more of the following areas: finance, precious metals, IRA/401K account service, account management, customer service/experience or related fields.
- A customer service focused orientation, sensitive to meet the demands and needs of our clients in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High EQ, ability to work well with a diverse range of personalities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where adaptability is just as important as the ability to execute.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office & data management software.
